三倍頻變壓器是利用磁路的飽和特性,取出諧波中分量*大的三(san)次諧波(bo)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為發(fa)生波(bo)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為發(fa)生器的電(dian)源,對感應(ying)線圈式的電(dian)氣產品(pin)作(zuo)匝間(jian)、段(duan)間(jian)、層間(jian)的倍(bei)頻、倍(bei)段(duan)間(jian)、層間(jian)的倍(bei)頻、倍(bei)壓(ya)試驗;以考核線圈的絕緣強度(du)、耐壓(ya)水平。
產品結構(gou)由(you)三(san)相五柱變壓(ya)(ya)器(或三(san)臺單相變壓(ya)(ya)器)、單相調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器、電抗器及控制部(bu)分部(bu)分組成。根據用(yong)戶要(yao)求,外(wai)形可為整體式,也可為分體推移式。
三倍頻變壓器故障分析:
1、聲音異常
變(bian)壓器在正常(chang)運行時(shi),會發出連(lian)續均勻的“嗡嗡”聲(sheng)。如果(guo)產(chan)生的(de)聲(sheng)音(yin)不均勻或(huo)有其他特殊的(de)響聲(sheng),就應視為變壓器運行不正常(chang),并可(ke)根據聲(sheng)音(yin)的(de)不同查找出故障(zhang),進行及時處理(li)。主要有以下幾(ji)方面故障(zhang):
電網發生(sheng)過電壓。電網發生(sheng)單相接(jie)地(di)或電磁共振時(shi),變壓器聲音(yin)比平(ping)常尖銳(rui)。出(chu)現這種(zhong)情況時(shi),可結合電壓表(biao)計(ji)的指示(shi)進行綜合判斷(duan)。
變壓(ya)器過(guo)載運行。負荷變化大,又因(yin)諧波作用,變壓(ya)器內瞬間(jian)發生“哇哇”聲或“咯(ge)咯(ge)”的間歇(xie)聲,監視測量儀表指針發生擺動,且音(yin)調高、音(yin)量大。
變壓器夾(jia)件或螺(luo)絲(si)釘松(song)動。聲音(yin)比平常大(da)且有明(ming)顯的雜音(yin),但電流、電壓又(you)無明(ming)顯異常時,則可能是內部夾(jia)件或壓緊(jin)鐵芯(xin)的螺(luo)絲(si)釘松(song)動,導(dao)致硅鋼片振(zhen)動*大(da)。
變(bian)壓器(qi)局部放電。若變(bian)壓器(qi)的跌落式熔斷器(qi)或分(fen)接開關(guan)接觸(chu)不良時,有“吱(zhi)吱(zhi)”的放(fang)電(dian)聲;若變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管臟污,表面釉質脫(tuo)落(luo)或(huo)有裂紋存在,可聽到“嘶(si)嘶(si)”聲;若變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器內部(bu)局部(bu)放(fang)電(dian)或(huo)電(dian)接不良(liang),則會發(fa)出“吱(zhi)吱(zhi)”或(huo)“噼啪(pa)”聲,而這(zhe)種聲音會隨離(li)故障(zhang)的遠(yuan)近而變(bian)化,這(zhe)時(shi),應對(dui)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器馬上進行停用檢測。
變壓器(qi)繞組發生(sheng)短路。聲(sheng)音中夾雜著水沸(fei)騰聲(sheng),且溫度急劇(ju)變化,油位升高,則應(ying)判斷(duan)為變壓器(qi)繞組發生(sheng)短路故障,嚴重時(shi)(shi)會有(you)巨(ju)大轟鳴聲(sheng),隨后可能起火。這(zhe)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)立即停用變壓器(qi)進行(xing)檢查(cha)。
變壓(ya)器(qi)外殼閃絡放電。當變壓(ya)器(qi)繞(rao)組(zu)高壓(ya)引(yin)起出線相互間或它們(men)對外殼閃絡放電時,會出現此聲。這時,應對變壓(ya)器(qi)進行停(ting)用檢(jian)查。
2、氣味(wei),顏色異常
防(fang)(fang)(fang)爆(bao)(bao)管(guan)防(fang)(fang)(fang)爆(bao)(bao)膜破(po)(po)裂(lie):防(fang)(fang)(fang)爆(bao)(bao)管(guan)防(fang)(fang)(fang)爆(bao)(bao)膜破(po)(po)裂(lie)會引起水和潮氣進入變壓器內,導致絕緣(yuan)(yuan)油(you)乳化(hua)及變壓器的絕緣(yuan)(yuan)強(qiang)度降低。
套(tao)(tao)(tao)管閃(shan)(shan)絡放電,套(tao)(tao)(tao)管閃(shan)(shan)絡放電會(hui)造成(cheng)發(fa)熱導致老化(hua)(hua),絕緣受損甚至此起爆炸。引(yin)線(xian)(接線(xian)頭)、線(xian)卡處過(guo)熱引(yin)起異(yi)(yi)常;套(tao)(tao)(tao)管接線(xian)端(duan)部緊固部分松(song)動或引(yin)線(xian)頭線(xian)鼻子滑牙(ya)等(deng),接觸面發(fa)生(sheng)氧化(hua)(hua)嚴重,使接觸過(guo)熱,顏色(se)變暗(an)失去(qu)光澤,表面鍍層也遭破(po)壞。套(tao)(tao)(tao)管污(wu)損引(yin)起異(yi)(yi)常;套(tao)(tao)(tao)管污(wu)損產生(sheng)電暈、閃(shan)(shan)絡會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)臭氧味,冷卻風扇,油泵燒毀會(hui)發(fa)出(chu)燒焦氣味。另外,吸潮(chao)過(guo)度、墊圈損壞、進(jin)入油室的水量(liang)太多等(deng)原因會(hui)造成(cheng)吸濕(shi)劑變色(se)。
3、油溫異常(chang)
發現在正常條件(jian)下,油溫比(bi)平(ping)時高(gao)出10攝氏(shi)度以上或(huo)負載不變而溫度不斷上升(在冷卻裝(zhuang)置運行正常的情況下),則可判斷為變壓器內部(bu)出(chu)現異常。主要為:
內(nei)部故障引起溫度異常(chang)。其(qi)內(nei)部故障,如繞組砸間或層間短路,線(xian)圈對圍屏放(fang)電、內(nei)部引線(xian)接(jie)頭(tou)發熱、鐵芯多點接(jie)地使渦流*大(da)過熱(re)(re),零序不平衡電流(liu)等漏磁通過與(yu)鐵件(jian)油(you)箱形成回(hui)路而發熱(re)(re)等因(yin)素引起變壓(ya)器溫度異常。發生(sheng)這些情況時(shi),還將伴隨著瓦斯或(huo)(huo)差動保護動作。故障嚴重時(shi),還有可能使(shi)防爆管或(huo)(huo)壓(ya)力釋放閥噴油(you),這時(shi)應立即將變壓(ya)器停用檢修。
冷(leng)(leng)卻器運(yun)(yun)行(xing)不正常(chang)所引(yin)起的溫(wen)(wen)度異常(chang)。冷(leng)(leng)卻器運(yun)(yun)行(xing)不正常(chang)或發生故(gu)障,如潛油(you)泵停(ting)運(yun)(yun)、風扇損壞、散熱器管道積垢、冷(leng)(leng)卻效(xiao)果不佳、散熱器閥(fa)門沒有打開(kai)、溫(wen)(wen)度計指示失靈等諸(zhu)多因素(su)引(yin)起溫(wen)(wen)度升高,應對冷(leng)(leng)卻器系統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)維護和沖洗,以提(ti)高其冷(leng)(leng)卻效(xiao)果。
4、油位異常
變壓(ya)器在運行過程(cheng)中油位異(yi)常和(he)(he)滲(shen)漏油現(xian)象(xiang)比較普遍,應不定(ding)期地進行巡視和(he)(he)檢查,其(qi)中主(zhu)要表現(xian)有以下(xia)兩(liang)方(fang)面。
1)假油(you)位:油(you)標管(guan)堵(du)(du)塞;油(you)枕吸管(guan)器堵(du)(du)塞;防爆管(guan)道氣孔堵(du)(du)塞。
2)油(you)面低(di):變壓器嚴重漏(lou)油(you);工(gong)作(zuo)人員因工(gong)作(zuo)需要放油(you)后(hou)未(wei)能(neng)及時(shi)補充;氣溫過低(di)且油(you)量不足,或是油(you)枕容量偏小未(wei)能(neng)滿(man)足運行的需求(qiu)。
