有時候我(wo)們容易對電磁制(zhi)動(dong),再生制(zhi)動(dong),動(dong)態制(zhi)動(dong)的作(zuo)用(yong)混淆,選擇了錯誤的配件(jian)。
動態(tai)制(zhi)動器由動態(tai)制(zhi)動電阻組成,在故障,急停,電源斷電時通(tong)過能耗制(zhi)動縮短伺服(fu)電機的機械進給距離.
  再生(sheng)制(zhi)動是指伺服電(dian)機在減速(su)或(huo)停車時將制(zhi)動產生(sheng)的能(neng)量通過逆變回路反饋到直流母線,經阻(zu)容回路吸收.
 電(dian)磁制(zhi)動是通過機(ji)(ji)械裝置鎖住電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的軸.
三者的區別
(1)再生制(zhi)動必須在伺服器正常工作(zuo)時才起作(zuo)用, 在故障,急(ji)停,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)時等情況下無法制(zhi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)機. 動態制(zhi)動器和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁制(zhi)動工作(zuo)時不需(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan).
(2)再生制(zhi)動(dong)的工作是系統自動(dong)進行,而動(dong)態制(zhi)動(dong)器和電(dian)磁制(zhi)動(dong)的工作需外部繼電(dian)器控制(zhi).
(3)電(dian)磁制(zhi)動一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)SV OFF后啟動,否則可能(neng)造成放大器過(guo)載. 動態制(zhi)動器一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)SV OFF或主回路斷(duan)電(dian)后啟動, 否則可能(neng)造成動態制(zhi)動電(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)熱.
選擇配件的注意事項
(1)有些系(xi)統如傳送裝置,升降(jiang)裝置等(deng)(deng)要求伺服(fu)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)能盡快停車.而(er)在故障(zhang),急停,電(dian)(dian)源斷電(dian)(dian)時伺服(fu)器(qi)沒有再生制動(dong)無(wu)法對電(dian)(dian)機(ji)減速(su).同時系(xi)統的機(ji)械(xie)慣量又(you)較(jiao)大,這時需選用(yong)動(dong)態(tai)制動(dong)器(qi)動(dong)態(tai)制動(dong)器(qi)的選擇要依據負(fu)載的輕(qing)重,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的工作速(su)度等(deng)(deng).
(2)有些系統要維持機械裝置的靜止(zhi)位置需電(dian)機提供較(jiao)大的輸出轉(zhuan)矩且停止(zhi)的時(shi)間較(jiao)長,如(ru)果使用伺服的自(zi)鎖功能(neng)往(wang)往(wang)會造成電(dian)機過熱或放大器過載.這種情況就要選擇帶電(dian)磁制動的電(dian)機.
(3)有的(de)(de)(de)伺服器有內(nei)置的(de)(de)(de)再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)單元,但(dan)當(dang)再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)較頻繁時(shi)可能引起直(zhi)流母(mu)線電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)過高(gao),這(zhe)時(shi)需另(ling)配(pei)再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu). 再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是否需要另(ling)配(pei),配(pei)多大的(de)(de)(de)再生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可參照相(xiang)應樣本(ben)(ben)的(de)(de)(de)使用說明.需要注意的(de)(de)(de)是一般樣本(ben)(ben)列表上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)次(ci)數(shu)(shu)是電(dian)(dian)機在空載時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju).實際選型中要先根據(ju)系統的(de)(de)(de)負載慣量(liang)和樣本(ben)(ben)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機慣量(liang),算出慣量(liang)比(bi).再以樣本(ben)(ben)列表上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)次(ci)數(shu)(shu)除以(慣量(liang)比(bi)+1).這(zhe)樣得到的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)才是允(yun)許的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)次(ci)數(shu)(shu).
