1、觀察
仔細檢查光(guang)學(xue)表面。如果(guo)看不(bu)見(jian)污染(ran)物(wu),好不(bu)要去清潔儀(yi)器,光(guang)學(xue)比表面是很脆弱的(de)部件,應盡量避免操作。以下(xia)兩種(zhong)情況相(xiang)對這個規則可(ke)以例外:
A)已經知道在可(ke)見光下是(shi)透明(ming)(ming)而在紫外光下是(shi)不(bu)透明(ming)(ming)的(de)操作(zuo)助劑已經接觸到了光學表面的(de)情況下。
B)可(ke)以(yi)看(kan)到儀(yi)表上(shang)的讀(du)數偏差,而(er)且UV系統在設(she)計上(shang)有可(ke)能是因為儀(yi)表光學表面致污而(er)發生(sheng)這種測量(liang)錯誤的情況下(xia)。
2、風吹
下一步是(shi)用(yong)壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)(qi)去(qu)吹(chui)光(guang)學(xue)表(biao)面(mian)上那些(xie)松散的(de)(de)(de)雜質(zhi)(zhi)。這(zhe)些(xie)松散的(de)(de)(de)雜質(zhi)(zhi)特別是(shi)硅酸鹽化(hua)合物(wu)和磨(mo)粒會導致光(guang)學(xue)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)刮傷,好的(de)(de)(de)辦(ban)法(fa)是(shi)用(yong)灌裝的(de)(de)(de)干氮氣(qi)(qi)。另一種(zhong)更(geng)經濟的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)是(shi)用(yong)乙烷基的(de)(de)(de)產品(pin),比如ChemtronicsDuster這(zhe)個產品(pin)(P/N:ES1017,ES1217,ES1617).對(dui)這(zhe)些(xie)產品(pin)應該注意避免(mian)讓光(guang)學(xue)部件太(tai)冷(leng),太(tai)冷(leng)就會導致該產品(pin)濃(nong)縮(suo)在光(guang)學(xue)表(biao)面(mian)上。不要(yao)用(yong)嘴去(qu)吹(chui)光(guang)學(xue)表(biao)面(mian),唾液(ye)成(cheng)分繁多在光(guang)學(xue)表(biao)面(mian)難以*除。同時建議避免(mian)用(yong)普通的(de)(de)(de)壓縮(suo)空氣(qi)(qi)因(yin)為很難*除氣(qi)(qi)宗(zong)的(de)(de)(de)油脂。
3、涂抹
